The service
Clario is a web product for creating short-form vertical videos. It includes scene editing, templates, AI-assisted generation, uploaded media, queued exports, and a dashboard for video jobs and billing.
By using Clario, you agree to use the service lawfully and only with content and materials you have the right to use.
Accounts and access
Clario account access is currently tied to Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account and for maintaining access to your Google login.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to protect the service, investigate fraud or abuse, or enforce these terms.
Your content and uploads
You are responsible for the prompts, scripts, uploaded files, logos, voice recordings, audio, and exported videos created under your account.
You must have the permissions needed to upload, process, edit, render, and export that content through Clario.
Uploads larger than 20 MB per file may be rejected. To manage storage and delivery, Clario may remove uploaded source assets after a successful export when those source files are no longer referenced by another draft or active export job.
Credits and billing
New accounts start with 1 free credit. Exports up to 20 seconds use 1 credit, and exports above 20 seconds use 2 credits.
Credit top-ups are one-time purchases processed by Dodo Payments. Credits are added after successful payment confirmation.
Credits are deducted when an export request is accepted into the queue. If queueing fails or the render worker fails, Clario restores the deducted credits automatically.
Third-party providers and AI features
Some features rely on third-party providers including Google, Anthropic, and Dodo Payments. Their terms, pricing, limits, and availability apply to the parts of the product that depend on them.
If you add your own Claude or Gemini API key, you are responsible for activity and charges associated with that key under the relevant provider's terms.
Export delivery and retention
Completed exports are provided as temporary download files and normally expire after about 2 hours.
Even after a media file expires, Clario may keep export job records, billing records, and related metadata as part of account history and product operations.
Acceptable content
You must not use Clario for illegal, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful content workflows.
You must not attempt to bypass authentication, credits, rate limits, payment flows, or other service protections.
Limitation of liability
Clario is provided on an 'as is' basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, fixed render times, or unchanged third-party integrations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clario is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
